Start your teens on the road to good health with SOS High School Health. Practical and fun, this one-semester course covers eating right; keeping fit; personal hygiene, home safety, drug use, and accountable Christian living. Cover the basics of physical, social, spiritual, and mental well-being! Tests and quizzes are included.
